Welcome

Hello. I'm glad you found us.  Cooking is such a important thing we do each day we thought we would share some of our favorite recipes and some of the new ones we are working on. You will get to see the good, the bad and the ugly.  What is blue rabbit?  We are a mother/daughter team who runs www.bluerabbitcottage.etsy.com. We also have Jeff, our photographer who will hopefully be finishing some wood products soon.  After much deliberation and because our store isn't cohesive we are also opening www.bluerabbitbows.etsy.com and www.kandjdesigns.etsy.com.  I will talk more about them later.  Right now lets talk about food.  I work outside the home traveling from store to store.  I have to bring food for lunch that will keep and not need to be reheated.  Today I decided to bring a salad but I wanted it to be more like a meal and not a side.  I had lemon dill tuna that was canned.  I put that in my salad along with a hardboiled egg I chopped and shredded some cheese on top.  My dressing was a garlic Italian vinaigrette.

Tonight I'm going to try making stuffed shells on the grill. Check our next blog post and see if it turned out or not.
